GTA 6 Cheat Codes List

Every cheat category we expect in GTA 6, organised the way Rockstar has organised them for twenty years. Nothing here is a working code yet — GTA 6 releases November 19, 2026, and cheats can only be verified inside the retail build.

Why every code says “available at launch”

Cheat codes are button strings or phrases entered in-game. They cannot be tested — or known — before the game ships. Sites listing “working GTA 6 cheats” today are recycling GTA 5 codes or inventing them for ad revenue. We would rather show you a lock than a lie. When the codes are real, this page fills in.

In the meantime, the GTA 5 cheat codes do exist, they all still work, and they are the best guide to what GTA 6 will ship with.

Weapons

Weapon cheats have appeared in every mainline Grand Theft Auto since GTA III — usually a "give weapons" tier, an ammo refill, and at least one joke ammo type. Expect the same spread in GTA 6.

Health & Armor

The single most-used cheat family in the series. In GTA 5 the health cheat also restored armor, and invincibility ran on a five-minute timer rather than lasting forever — GTA 6 will likely work the same way.

Vehicles

GTA 5 shipped fourteen vehicle spawn cheats plus handling modifiers. With Leonida spanning swamp, coast and keys, expect boats and aircraft to feature far more heavily in the GTA 6 list than they did in Los Santos.

Money

Straight answer: there has never been a working money cheat in GTA 5, GTA Online or any HD-era Grand Theft Auto, and there is no reason to expect one in GTA 6. Money is tied to the online economy, and Rockstar has removed every exploit that touched it. Any site, video or app promising a GTA 6 money cheat code is either farming ad clicks or trying to take your account.

Scam warning: Never enter your Rockstar or console login into a "money generator". That is credential phishing, not a cheat.

Wanted Level

Two cheats, both series staples: one clears your stars, one adds them. Handy for testing GTA 6’s reworked police response without a two-hour chase.

Weather

GTA 6 has shown off dynamic storms and hurricane weather in its trailers, so the classic weather-cycling cheat matters more here than it ever did in Los Santos.

Before you use cheats

  • Trophies and achievements. In GTA 5, an active cheat disabled them for that session. Expect the same rule here.
  • Saves. Rockstar games historically refuse to save while a cheat is active. Turn it off before you quit.
  • Online is off-limits. Single-player codes have never worked online, and attempts to modify online sessions get accounts banned.
  • Re-entry. Cheats reset on death, reload and restart. They are session effects, not settings.
